How prices, volume discounts and term discounts apply
Updated 1 min read
Rates are published on the pricing page, and checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.
Volume discounts
Each line has a volume ladder. The rate is set by the quantity in a single order, and the whole order is charged at that rate. There is nothing to claim and no tier to commit to in advance.
| Line | Quantity that sets the rate |
|---|---|
Residential, mobile (coming soon) |
Gigabytes in the order |
ISP, datacenter |
Addresses in the order |
Term discounts on ISP and datacenter
ISP and datacenter orders run for a term chosen at checkout. A longer term takes a further discount off the per-address rate, on top of the volume discount, and checkout shows the resulting total before you pay.
Price changes
An order is charged at the price shown at checkout when you place it. A later price change does not affect an order already paid for.
Volume and contract pricing
Invoiced billing, purchase orders and custom terms are available to volume customers through sales. See Invoicing and purchase orders for volume accounts.
