Creating an account and confirming your email

A self-serve account needs an email address and a password. There is no approval queue, but the email address must be confirmed before you can add funds or place an order.
Steps
- Open the dashboard sign-up page from Sign up on our website.
- Enter your email address, a password that meets the rules listed under Password must contain:, and the same password under Repeat password.
- Tick I agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. and select Sign up.
- Open the confirmation email and follow its link. The page Email successfully verified confirms it.
Expected result
The banner Your email address is not confirmed yet disappears from the dashboard, and Add funds works.
If it fails

Check spam and quarantine folders, then select Resend on the banner. A short wait applies between resends. |

The link expired or was already used. Sign in and select Resend. |

The service is for business and professional use by people aged 18 or over. One person or organisation may not hold several accounts to get around a limit or a suspension.
