Placing your first order

Updated 2 min read

Orders are paid from your account balance. Fund the balance first, then order from the product's page in the dashboard. Today you can order ISP and datacenter proxies; residential and mobile are coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. The smallest order is 1 IP, with no monthly minimum.

Before you start

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, under Proxies, open the line you want: ISP or Datacenter.

  2. Select Buy ISP or Buy Datacenter. The page Configure your order opens.

  3. Choose the options the line offers:

    Line What you choose
    ISP
Plan, country (and, where offered, state or city), carrier, Number of proxies, and the term
    Datacenter
Plan, country (and, where offered, state or city), Number of proxies, and the term
  4. Select Continue. If your profile has no billing details, you are asked Do you need an invoice?: choose Yes, I need an invoice and enter them, or select Enter billing details later; or choose No, just my country and confirm your country.

  5. On Payment, under How would you like to pay?, choose Account balance and select Complete order. You can instead pick a card or another listed method to pay for the order directly; the amount is deposited and spent in one step. Methods that take days to clear are shown but cannot pay an order; use them to add funds first.

Expected result

The order status page opens. Select View services to see the new proxy. Its connection details appear once delivery completes; see Finding your host, port and credentials.

If it fails

Message Meaning
Insufficient funds
The balance does not cover the order. Add funds, or reduce the quantity.
Out of stock
The chosen location or plan has no stock right now. Choose another, or ask to be notified when it returns.
Identity verification required
Select Start verification. See Identity verification and sanctions screening.
Coming Soon...
The product is not on sale yet. See Scraper API, SERP API and Unblocker API: availability.

An order that cannot be delivered is cancelled and its amount returns to your balance automatically.
